The fine print, in plain English.

1. Who you are paying

Lazzzy Hustler and Puro AI Labs are brands of Tomorrow Tribe Creative Solutions, a GST-registered sole proprietorship of Purandhar Gopalakrishnan (Puro), based in Mumbai, India. Every payment made on or through this site, whether support or a session fee, is received and invoiced by Tomorrow Tribe Creative Solutions. That is the name you will see on your card, UPI, or bank statement.

2. The free product stays free

Every module, essay, and tool on this site is free, with no account and no paywall. No payment ever unlocks content here. Paying, or not paying, changes nothing about your access.

3. Pay-what-you-want support

Support payments are voluntary. You choose the amount, and it is a voluntary sale in support of the work, not a donation. Because you set the amount yourself, support payments are not refundable, with one exception: if you made a genuine mistake (wrong amount, double payment), write to puro@thetomtribe.com within 7 days and I will sort it out.

4. The one-on-one session

The session is a private, one-on-one working consultation with Puro: up to 3 hours, held over video call unless we agree otherwise, priced at ₹20,000 plus GST (₹23,600 all in at the current 18% rate). You fill a short discovery form before paying, so the session starts deep in your actual situation. After payment, I will reach out within 2 working days to schedule, and the session takes place within 30 days of payment unless we agree on a later date.

5. Rescheduling and refunds

You can reschedule once, free, with at least 24 hours notice. Cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled time and you get a full refund. If I have to cancel and we cannot find a time that works for you, you get a full refund. Once a session has been delivered, it is not refundable. Refunds go back through the original payment method within 7 working days of confirmation, plus whatever processing time Razorpay and your bank take.

6. What the session is, and is not

The session is experience-based business consulting: perspectives, frameworks, and recommendations drawn from my own operating record. It is honest and specific, and it comes with no guarantee of any business outcome, because your results depend on your execution and your market. It is not legal, tax, investment, accounting, or medical advice. Decisions you take after the session, and their results, are yours.

7. Confidentiality

What you share in the discovery form and in the session stays between us. I will not name you or your business publicly, or use your situation as a case study, without your explicit consent.

8. Content and intellectual property

The modules, essays, and everything else on this site are the work of Puro and Tomorrow Tribe Creative Solutions, with frameworks credited to their original thinkers where they came from one. Read it, use it, apply it, share links to it freely. Do not republish or resell it as your own.

9. Taxes and invoices

The one-on-one session is priced at ₹20,000 plus GST at the applicable rate (currently 18%, so ₹23,600 all in), and the GST is shown at checkout. Pay-what-you-want support payments are whatever amount you choose, treated as inclusive of applicable taxes. A tax invoice from Tomorrow Tribe Creative Solutions is available for every payment. If you need it in a particular format for your books, write to puro@thetomtribe.com.

10. Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card and banking details go to Razorpay directly and are never seen or stored by this site.

11. Liability

To the extent the law allows, the total liability of Tomorrow Tribe Creative Solutions for anything arising out of this site or a session is capped at the amount you actually paid.

12. Disputes

These terms are governed by Indian law, and the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.

13. Changes and contact

These terms may be updated as the work evolves; the version on this page is the one that applies. For anything at all: puro@thetomtribe.com.
